During a Website service involving a new build or redesign, we curate the site on a Hosting Platform, predominantly Squarespace. We will recommend the best subscription suited to your needs, however we do suggest you browse options prior to starting your project with us so that you can note any preferences.

These Hosting platforms charge annual fees to publish your site. Unlike most agencies, we do not place any disbursements on these subscriptions. Our clients create an account with their chosen platform after the project is finalised, enter their payment details, and are billed directly.

YOUR STAY WITH US: THE PROCESS

PHASE ONE

As a Guest of Hotel Jean, you’ll receive exclusive access to our platform: The Guesthouse, an online space for you to access information and educational resources, learn how to self manage your content and start the briefing process. You’ll provide us with the required collateral, and complete a Questionnaire to outline any details you envision for your content.

PHASE TWO

We start work on your project! Your content will be presented on our pre-arranged date for you to you to explore and approve. If you’ve booked a Refinement process, you’ll have the opportunity to request updates. The plan will then be confirmed with you, before we Refine your content.

PHASE THREE

Once you provide final approval, you’ll then action any required content hosting subscriptions - and your project will be complete. Following project completion, you’re welcome to reach out to us for any future updates and additions, or marketing + communication strategy support services.
