The concept of Hotel Jean was born from our mission: helping businesses to reset and rejuvenate their brand identity - through professional communication support. And yes, there is a Jean - more than one actually. ‘Hotel Jean’ is an ode to our founder Juliette’s Great Grandmothers, both called Jean, both incredible women, admired and treasured by everyone lucky enough to know them. Inspiring Juliette in her younger years, one with a love of reading and literature, the other with creative writing and poetry, their influence sparked a lifelong passion for communications that evolved into further study, a long career, and of course, our agency.

‘Hotel Jean’ is a love letter to these special women, we wouldn’t be here without them.

PRIORITISING CONSISTENCY FOR A STRONG IDENTITY

After graduating with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and Bachelor of Arts double major in ‘Communications’ and ‘Film, TV & Media’, our Founder Juliette embarked on a career in corporate Marketing and Communications, working with a wide range of brands such as Wet n Wild, Toyota, Lexus, DB Cosmetics Scholl and more. This experience highlighted a common theme: business communications often lacked consistency when managed by multiple parties. With a unique skillset and experience as a Social Media Manager, Website Designer, Marketing Manager and Copywriter, Juliette launched her very own agency as a solution to this: specialising in cohesive content.
