OUR PROJECT PROCESS
PHASE ONE: As a member of our community, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Project Management Platform, an online space for you to access information and educational resources, learn how to self manage your content and start the onboarding process.
You’ll provide us with any collateral, and complete a Questionnaire to communicate your preferences, goals and any details you envision for your content.
PHASE TWO: We start work on your project! Your first draft will be presented to you to explore and approve, and you will then have the opportunity to request any updates within your allocated review time.
Your review plan will be confirmed with you, and we will provide further information if necessary. We complete any required updates and present the project for final design approval.
PHASE THREE: Once you provide your final design approval, you’ll action any required subscriptions and your project will then be complete.
Following project completion, you are welcome to reach out to us for any further content updates and additions, marketing + communication strategy support services and/or one-on-one educational training sessions for self management support.
