The perfect place to start, a custom content shoot is the refresh you’ve been looking for. Our experienced photographer / videographer can curate content for you based on your vision, or style a shoot with their own creative direction.

We offer packaged options including location hire, or bespoke outdoor setting options.

This service booking is for your initial Consultation only - as all In House services begin with a consultation process to establish the scope of work. From here we can provide you with an accurate quotation for your project - and if you choose to go ahead, your consultation cost is redeemable on the total cost of your customised inclusions.

We provide all of our ‘In House’ services within the Gold Coast, across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia and beyond.

Our travel time is complementary for our local clientele within a 10km radius of our location - and priced on a bespoke basis for locations beyond this. Place an enquiry to learn more about Hotel Jean’s upcoming international availability.

TIMEFRAME

Generally a 4-6 week process from consultation to finalised content, the project timeline can be adjusted on request if required.

INCLUSIONS

As a bespoke service, additional inclusions and details will be finalised within the proposal process, however all projects will include the following:

• Consultation

• Briefing process

• Project proposal

• Support with Run Sheet curation

• Single revision of Run Sheet for any required finalisation requests and tweaks: up to half an hour.

• Theme, frame and concept ideation

• Client communication throughout project timeline

• Access to our Exclusive Project Management Platform

• Final files provided in JPEG format.

• In person management on set throughout shoot.

• Minimum of 3 × 30sec video clips (unedited)

• Minimum of 50 still images (raw content)

Your inclusions can be tailored to include any of the following elements:

• Professional Videographer

• Professional Photographer

• iPhone Content Photographer

• Shoot space arrangement and booking management.

• 3-5 × 1min, 3-5 × 2 min video clips, OR your customised preference.

• 100, 200, 300, 300+ images OR your customised preference.

• Photo editing

• Video editing and reel curation

INVESTMENT

Creative services aren’t just copy and paste, each individual business, brand, and service is completely unique.

That’s why we provide bespoke quotations, customised to the project scope and inclusions. 

Our process begins with a $100 AUD + GST deposit, which will be deducted from your final quotation. After finalising your deposit, you’ll receive a one-on-one consultation and customised proposal.

You’ll schedule in a time for your consultation, where we’ll discuss your project requirements, preferences and any other details needed to confirm your inclusions and provide you with a final quotation. You’ll then receive a proposal detailing your customised inclusions and quotation options for you to consider. From here, we’ll confirm your chosen project inclusions, schedule a time within our calendar and get started on your project.

Photography services begin at 1000 AUD + GST, depending on the project scope, size and location.
